Tax Forms and Information on the Web

Copies of tax forms are available at the Main Library and the Carnation Mall Branch. Internet access is also available at both locations for downloading and printing forms from the Web.

The Ohio Benefit Bank (OBB) is a web-based computer program to connect low and moderate-income Ohioans with access to work supports such as tax credits and public benefits. The OBB is offering help prepare and file federal and Ohio income tax returns at no cost to eligible Ohioans. Visit the OBB web site for further information.
