Join Us on Facebook and Myspace

Social networking enthusiasts take note. Rodman Library is now on Myspace and Facebook. That’s right, you can now add Rodman Library as a friend on Myspace, or join our group on Facebook to stay updated on our most recent news and events.

If you’re already a member of Facebook, simply type "Rodman Library" in the search bar and scroll down until you see "Rodman Library" next to the icon with our logo. Click "Join Group". Once you have joined the group, the page will be listed under your "Group" pages on your profile. You can view upcoming and past events at the library, write on the library’s wall, join a discussion group in progress, and view pictures from the past library events.

On Myspace, simply type www.myspace.com/rodmanlibrary into the address bar on your browser to view our Myspace page. You can view our blogs about upcoming and past events, link directly to our catalog, send us messages/comments, and view pictures of past library events. If you’re already a member of Myspace you can also add us as a friend by clicking on the "Add as Friend" icon on our page.

As a friend/member of our Myspace or Facebook sites, you can stay up to date with everything going on at the library, right from your computer! Do you have an idea for an event you would like to see at the library? Do you want to be updated each time we have a program? Simply send us a message or leave a comment and let us know. We want your interaction and feedback.

Not a member of Myspace or Facebook yet? Go to www.facebook.com or www.myspace.com and sign up. They are free and can both be great places to network. Rodman Library looks forward to adding you as a friend/member on both of these social networking sites.
