Statistical reports may be used to check that all the records in a review file have the fixed field code which is expected. If you are not familiar with statistical reports and don't know which option to use, try the "Statistical report based on all OTHER record data elements". If you expect all the items in a review file to have a certain ITYPE, LOCATION or STATUS, a statistical report can tell you if some records have different values than the rest. To find which records have incorrect codes, you can sort the review file by the field in question and rogue records will end up at the beginning or the end. Alternatively, you can create a subset of the review file consisting only of those records which have rogue values. Remove from the review file any records which should not be updated or edit any records with incorrect values. You can then safely Rapid Update the remaining records.
