The most frequently encountered message is this one and a similar one that states that the last item is not in the same location as the first. Once this happens, the inventory program will choke and not allow you to go any further.

The first few times this happened to me, I had the staff member rescan the whole section. Obviously, this isn’t very efficient and doesn’t bode well for good staff relations.

Always be sure to check the first and last items scanned before uploading the file to the INNOPAC to avoid this frustration.
